Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Sol Valley (the website at solvalley.xyz and its subdomains, the game, the docs and related services, together “Sol Valley” or the “Service”) is operated by Solvalley LLC, a limited liability company organized in [State of formation], with its address at [Registered business address](“we”, “us”). You can reach us at legal@solvalley.xyz.

2. Who can play

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
• You may not use Sol Valley if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on any sanctions list.
• You are responsible for making sure that using Sol Valley and holding or trading digital tokens is legal where you live.

3. Your wallet and account

You sign in by connecting a Solana wallet and signing a message. We never hold your private keys or seed phrase and will never ask for them. You are solely responsible for your wallet, its security, and every transaction you approve. Blockchain transactions are final and can't be reversed by us. Test (“burner”) wallets offered on test networks are for testing only and must not hold anything of value.

4. YIELD and in-game items

• $YIELD is a digital token on the Solana blockchain. It was launched on Pump.fun; its supply and market price are set by that platform and by the market, not by us. Its price can go down as well as up, and it can lose all of its value.
• Balances shown inside the game (spendable YIELD, Locked YIELD, sYIELD, Sol Essence, XP) and in-game items (seeds, produce, potions, chests, wisps) are records in our game. They are not tokens, have no cash value, and are not your property until and unless you withdraw YIELD to your wallet.
• Withdrawals are paid from the game's rewards pool, which is funded by players. A withdrawal is only possible when the pool has enough YIELD, and may be limited, delayed or paused (for example to protect players during an incident). We don't guarantee that any amount can be withdrawn at any time.
• Game rules, rates, rewards and item properties may change as the game evolves.

5. Not an investment, not advice

Sol Valley is a game. Nothing on the Service is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset, or financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We make no promise of profit or return, and nothing we say should be read as one. Only use money you can afford to lose. See also the disclaimer.

6. Playing fair

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, exploits or multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage, or interfere with the game's servers;
• harass others or post hateful, racist, xenophobic, sexual or illegal content (chat is filtered automatically and moderated);
• post links, scams or phishing, or impersonate us or other players;
• break any law, including anti-money-laundering and sanctions laws.

We may remove content, reverse in-game balances gained through abuse, limit features, or suspend access if these terms are broken.

7. Residents

Sol Valley includes computer-controlled residents who walk around, chat and appear on leaderboards to keep the world lively. They do not trade with players, and weekly prizes go only to real players.

8. Intellectual property

The Sol Valley name, logo, original art, code and content belong to Solvalley LLC or its licensors. Some art comes from openly licensed sources (for example Kenney's CC0 sprites). You may share screenshots and clips of your own play. Third-party marks (such as Solana and Pump.fun) belong to their owners.

9. Third-party services

Sol Valley works with services we don't control, including the Solana network, wallet apps, Pump.fun, RPC providers and X (Twitter). Your use of them is subject to their own terms, and we aren't responsible for their availability, fees or actions.

10. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Games and blockchains have bugs, outages and delays; smart contracts and tokens carry technical and market risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Solvalley LLC and its members, managers and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, tokens or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us directly in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Sol Valley means you accept the update. We may change, pause or end the Service. You can stop using it at any time.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [State of formation], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us at legal@solvalley.xyz so we can try to resolve it informally.
