The short version
- You play with a wallet, not an email or password. We never see your private keys.
- We store your public wallet address and your game progress so the game works.
- We use analytics to understand how people use the site and to fix errors.
- We don't sell your personal data.
What we collect

What's public
Your farmer name, look, level, earnings shown in the game, leaderboard position, public profile and satchel, chat messages in global chat, and your wallet address are visible to other players. Anything on the Solana blockchain is public and permanent; we can't delete it.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run Sol Valley for us: hosting (e.g. Vercel), databases, Solana RPC providers, and analytics (Mixpanel).
- X (Twitter), only when you choose to connect your account.
- Authorities, if the law requires it or to protect players and the Service.
We don't sell your personal data and don't share it for cross-context advertising.
How long we keep it
Game data is kept while the game runs so your progress is safe. Chat history is kept for a limited time. Analytics data follows our analytics provider's retention settings. You can ask us to delete data we hold about your wallet (see below); blockchain records can't be deleted.
Your choices and rights
- Disconnect X any time from Your Farmer in the game.
- Block analytics cookies in your browser, or use its “Do Not Track” setting.
- Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to or limit some processing. Email legal@solvalley.xyz from your registered contact and include your wallet address. We may ask you to sign a message with that wallet to prove it's yours.
Children
Sol Valley is for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect data from children; if you think a child has used the game, contact us.
Security
We use encryption in transit, signed sessions and rate limits, and we never ask for your seed phrase. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your wallet safe and only sign in on the real Sol Valley site.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries, with safeguards where the law requires them.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
